We have finally replaced the patio roof - the old one was falling apart.
The sauna is dead. Long live the bathroom.
Jasper has got a new friend. His name is Marshall. Does that mean he gets to wear a red sash?
Marshall has grown quite a bit.
I finally got round to buying another bike. It is a Triumph Thruxton.
These two are building a nest in the compost heap. I suppose they have to nest somewhere.
Marshall was castrated and had to wear this plastic cone so he couldn't see that his bits were missing. We made fun of him, calling him "Conehead". Imagine how miserable THAT would have made him..
Bonfire came early to The Gap this year - so that the weather would be cool enough to actually wear a costume!. Probably the biggest turn out ever (crowds were estimated at over 30) witnessed the destruction of a totally realistic and life-like effigy entitled BoJo the Clown. Readers familiar with the Brisbane "Ekka" will have no trouble recognising the laughing clown, but the BoJo takes a little more imagination!
Marshall is now seven months old, and still getting bigger! He now weighs almost 25 kg. On Saturday he spent the day in Doggie Daycare - and he seemed to get on OK. When he came home he was wet because they'd given him a bath! He also continues to be a pain in the proverbial - wrecking everything in sight. So far his casualties include a slipper, a croc, two sofas, three soft toys, a rubber pig (that only lasted half an hour) and a door mat. Oh, and his crate, a lead, Olivia's school camp permission form and a hairbrush. He had to go to the vet's when he swallowed a whole packet of mini Flakes, wrappers and all. (They gave him an emetic and all was well.)
