I finally managed to get some random photos off my phone. For no particular reason I have decided to put them all here, even though it makes no chronological sense!
First is a shot taken at the work Christmas party - "Santa" is the boss, handing out bottles of bubbly and gift vouchers to all the hard working staff.
On my birthday, 2010, the fire brigade turned up at work.

Olivia and her friends went to a party where they dressed as their favourite rock star. Anastasia went as Robert Smith from The Cure.

This cockatoo decided to come and check out the motorbike.
In October 2010, the creek near our house flooded, and going round to have a look, we encountered this small tree snake which had presumably been flooded out of its home.

Anastasia played a couple of games for Olivia's football club, Toowong FC.

In 2011 I started working for the Queensland government. Here are my two computer screens, along with my tea mug.
One day on the way to work Ruby and I found ourselves on this bus that had been decorated. It seems very extravagant, but this is not the most extreme example. This year I got on one that had a tree, complete with lights!
While waiting for the bus on the way home, this shop sign always amuses me (or rather the one next to it (which didn't come out in this shot) does, which reads "JOHN MILLS HIMSELF"!)
